Do I have to make an appointment?

Yes, please. We operate by appointment only to ensure every bride enjoys a private, personalised bridal experience. You can book your bridal appointment here.

How long are the bridal appointments?

Your first bridal appointment is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Follow-up or second appointments are 1 hour.
Your final fitting or collection appointment is also 1 hour.

What sizes are your sample bridal gowns in store?

We’re proud to offer a size-inclusive range. Our sample gowns in store span from UK size 8 to 24, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your bridal appointment.

Is there a charge for any of your appointments?

All appointments are free of charge. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a £25 cancellation fee.

Do you have parking?

Yes! We have a private car park behind the boutique with space for up to 4 cars.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

We recommend bringing up to 4 guests to your appointment. If you’d like to bring more, just get in touch ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your group.

I haven’t booked my wedding yet, can I still book in to try wedding dresses?

We kindly ask that you have your wedding date booked before scheduling your appointment. Knowing your timeline helps us guide you through the gown selection and order process confidently.

When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

We recommend beginning your bridal dress search 9–12 months before your wedding date. This allows enough time for ordering, delivery, and any alterations needed.

How does wedding dress sizing work?

Bridal sizing is different from high street sizing, and it’s completely normal to wear a larger size in a wedding dress than you usually would. Designers use their own size charts, so we’ll take your measurements and order the size that best fits your bust, waist, and hips.

Can I wear fake tan and make up?

Of course — we want you to feel your best! We just ask that any fake tan is applied at least 2 days prior, with one layer rinsed off to avoid transfer. We kindly ask you not to wear any instant tan as this can leave marks on the dresses.

Can I take photos during my appointment?

Yes — we encourage you to take photos so you can review your favourites later and share the experience with loved ones who couldn’t attend.

Do I need to bring bridal shoes to my appointment?

We provide a selection of shoes for you to try on with gowns. If you've already found your wedding shoes, please feel free to bring them along.

Question 14

How long will my wedding dress take to arrive?

Lead times vary per designer, however dresses typically take up to 16 weeks to arrive in store. You’ll be contacted as soon as we receive your dress, after which you can book a slot for a final fitting and collection.

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer in-house alterations at this time. However, we can recommend trusted local seamstresses in South Wales and are happy to assist with the process.

Do you stock every dress from your designers?

We carry a carefully selected range of gowns from each designer to reflect the style and aesthetic of our boutique. If you've seen a dress on a designer’s website that we don’t stock, let us know — we may be able to arrange a loan sample. (Shipping fees may apply, which can be credited toward your gown if purchased.)
