Your first bridal appointment is 1 hour and 45 minutes. Follow-up or second appointments are 1 hour. Your final fitting or collection appointment is also 1 hour.

We’re proud to offer a size-inclusive range. Our sample gowns in store span from UK size 8 to 24, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your bridal appointment.

No, all Veil & Bloom bridal appointments are free of charge. We believe every bride deserves a luxury experience, without the added cost.

Yes! We have a private car park behind the boutique with space for up to 4 cars.

We recommend bringing up to 5 guests to your appointment. If you’d like to bring more, just get in touch (www.veilandbloom.co.uk/contact)ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your group.

We kindly ask that you have your wedding date booked before scheduling your appointment. Knowing your timeline helps us guide you through the gown selection and order process confidently.

We recommend beginning your bridal dress search 9–12 months before your wedding date. This allows enough time for ordering, delivery, and any alterations needed.

Of course — we want you to feel your best! We just ask that any fake tan is applied at least 2 days prior, with one layer rinsed off to avoid transfer. We kindly ask you not to wear any instant tan as this can leave marks on the dresses.

Yes — we encourage you to take photos so you can review your favourites later and share the experience with loved ones who couldn’t attend.

We provide a selection of shoes for you to try on with gowns. If you've already found your wedding shoes, please feel free to bring them along.

We do not offer in-house alterations at this time. However, we can recommend trusted local seamstresses in South Wales and are happy to assist with the process.

We carry a carefully selected range of gowns from each designer to reflect the style and aesthetic of our boutique. If you've seen a dress on a designer’s website that we don’t stock, let us know — we may be able to arrange a loan sample. (Shipping fees may apply, which can be credited toward your gown if purchased.)
